Airport tour – Stockholm-Arlanda on foot
Gain a holistic view of the airport as you walk with us through all the terminals. You will learn about the airport’s history and operation, also taking a peek at security checkpoint and the area past the security checkpoint. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Control tower tour
Stockholm-Arlanda Airport’s 83 metre (272 foot) tall control tower, completed in 2001, has been singled out as an example of excellent Swedish architecture. The tower symbolises the two ravens Hugin and Munin, who according to old Norse mythology watched over the world. Join a tour and experience the view from the “balcony”. On a clear day, you can see all the way to the Uppsala Cathedral. Please note that we do not visit the air traffic controllers’ workplace on this tour.

Tour with shopping
Join a shopping tour past the security checkpoint. Shop for fragrances, confections and beauty products at lower prices than in the city, while seeing some of the airport.

Terminal tour − what happens from check-in until a plane takes off?
You learn more about check-in, security screening, the area past the security checkpoint, baggage handling and customs in Terminal 5. You will also visit the gates and learn what happens from the time an aircraft lands until it leaves again.

Bus tour
This is a comfortable motorised tour during which you see the airport close up, including the runway system, hangars, terminals, aprons and activities around the aircraft. You also learn more about the history of Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.

Bus tour including abbreviated terminal tour
We ride a bus all around the airport, then take an abbreviated walking tour in Terminal 5. You learn more about the runway system, hangars, aprons and activities around the aircraft. In addition to the history of Stockholm-Arlanda, you get to know about check-in, security screening and baggage handling.
