Your tourist information office at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport

Do you need to book a hotel or buy train tickets, or do you just want to know more about Stockholm – The Capital of Scandinavia? Drop in at the Arlanda Visitor Center in the Terminal 5 arrival hall, or at the information counters in Terminal 2 and 4.

You can get help with most aspects of your stay in Stockholm, in Sweden, at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and in the airport´s home municipality of Sigtuna.

The Arlanda Visitor Center in the Terminal 5 arrival hall is a combined airport information office and tourist office. You can get tourist information at all levels − local, regional and national − regardless of whether you want to search for information yourself or be assisted by our knowledgeable staff. The centre has a large selection of brochure materials and computers where you can book your own hotel and search for information.

The Arlanda Visitor Center can help you with such things as:

- All questions about travel and the airport
- Hotel bookings
- Tourist information
- Purchase of ground transport tickets to Stockholm and Uppsala: Arlanda Express high-speed trains, Flygbussarna airport coaches, Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) public transport in Greater Stockholm, Upplands lokaltrafik (UL) commuter trains serving Uppsala and vicinity, and Airport Shuttle minibuses.
- Purchase of the Stockholm Card

The train tickets sold at the information counters are for trips to and from Uppsala and Stockholm. For train tickets to other destinations, please go to the SJ rail travel agency in SkyCity at Arlanda C.

For children

In the children’s corner at the Arlanda Visitor Center, your kids can watch children’s films such as Pippi Longstocking while you have time to gather all the information you need to get as much as possible out of your stay here.

Opening hours

The Arlanda Visitor Center is open 24 hours a day and is staffed between 6.00 a.m. and midnight.

Information counters, Terminals 2 and 4

At the information counters in Terminals 2 and 4, you can buy the same tickets for ground transport as in Arlanda Visitor Center, get answers to airport-related questions and look at brochures and selected tourist information (for more detailed tourist information, go to the Arlanda Visitor Center in Terminal 5).
