Champagne or non-alcoholic beverages? You can choose from a large array of both simple and somewhat more luxurious beverages and dishes. For example canapés and other small appetisers, various buffets and delicatessen plates as well as children’s menus and snacks. Want something sweet? You can choose among such desserts as strawberries dipped in chocolate, pastries and cakes.

Would you like to immortalise your ceremony? We will arrange this. We have both camera and film.
Parking at your ceremony
To obtain special parking privileges from the airport in connection with your ceremony, you must make your booking via Arlanda VIP Service. Just request this when you fill out the booking inquiry, or contact us.
The price of parking is SEK 400 including VAT for a maximum of two weeks. Additional weeks can be booked at a cost of SEK 150 including VAT per week.
Recommended parking alternatives:
- Short-term VIP parking, maximum 1 day (no charge, but special permit required).
- Multi-storey parking garages at Terminal 2.
- SkyCity garage.
- Long-term parking areas Arlanda långtid Beta or Arlanda Långtid Alfa.
For those arriving at Terminal 2 when flying home, we recommend the multi-storey parking garages at Terminal 2, while we recommend that others who wish to park indoors use the SkyCity garage where possible. These alternatives cannot be guaranteed if the spaces are already fully booked.
How to park in connection with your ceremony
You phone us when you arrive at the airport, and a representative from Arlanda VIP Service will meet you. We will take the entry ticket that you received when driving into the parking facility and exchange it for an exit ticket. Please note that you should not pay for your parking in the payment machine. You will pay for parking when you pay for the ceremony.

Storage
For storage of outer garments, bridal bouquets et cetera, please contact bagport at tel. +46 8 797 62 28. The company is responsible for storage lockers at the airport. These lockers are available in three sizes and cost about SEK 30-50 per 24-hour period.

Flowers
You can order anything from simple flower arrangements to fantastic bridal bouquets from the airport florist shop, SkyFlowers. You pay the shop directly, but we will be happy to pick up your order if you wish. Just let us know when the flowers should be picked up.
