Alitalia has decided to discontinue its service to Stockholm.
The Italian-based airline serves the Milan-Stockholm route with one daily flight each way. The last departure will take place on January 31. Passengers booked on Alitalia to and from Stockholm after that date will be contacted by the airline or their travel agency for rebooking.
Alitalia is in a strained financial situation and is up for sale.
The Stockholm-Milan route is also served by Scandinavian Airlines, with one daily departure.
