There will be one departure a week to Burgas, on Saturdays, starting on April 5. On June 27 the airline will expand this service by adding a departure on Fridays, with flights until August 22. The route to Naples will also go into service on April 5, with one Saturday departure per week.
“Sterling has a broad route network from Arlanda to both business and holiday destinations. On non-stop flights, passengers get where they are going quickly, comfortably and affordably without unnecessary detours,” says Niclas Härenstam, Manager Press Relations, LFV Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
Sterling, based in Denmark, has a fleet consisting of 29 Boeing 737 aircraft, which are all being equipped with “blended winglets” or fins at the wing tips, for reduced fuel consumption. The airline has a low fare profile and offers single journey tickets. Passengers pay extra for checked-in baggage and if they wish to have a pre-booked seat on board.
