The Arc of Bergen and Passaic serves over 1,200 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.  From early intervention for infants and toddlers to group homes, day programs and supported employment for adults, The Arc is creating opportunities for individuals to live happy and productive lives.

The Arc has been working with a national provider of payroll processing and human resource management systems and services. Their costs were rising and the Arc was having difficulty getting new services implemented.

Cathy Pescatore, Vice President/CFO, the Arc Bergen & Passaic said “Keeping costs under control is always important for a non-profit, so when our current provider said they were raising our fees at the same time we were having trouble getting the support and training we needed to implement new services, we knew it was time to consider alternative payroll providers”
