Q: How do I enroll? 

A: You should receive an enrollment code from your employer. Once you have this code, go to www.primepoint.com and click the link for employeeXperience. From this login screen you will see a link labeled "Need to enroll? - Click here." Follow the link and fill in the necessary information to proceed.

Q: How do I print my W2?

A: Click the tab labeled "Your Reports" on the navigation bar. Open the report labeled "Employee W2" and select the W2 year that is needed. A report of the W2 will download. The report can be printed once it is downloaded.

Q: Why is employeeXperience not responding when I enter my login details?

A: You may be using an internet browser that is not compatible with employeeXperience. To get optimum performance, you should use Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11.0 or greater, Firefox, or Chrome. EmployeeXperience is not compatible with Internet Explorer 10.0 or older. 


Q: How do I view or print previous check stub details?

A: Click the tab labeled "Your Reports" on the navigation bar. Open the report labeled "Your Check Stub" and select the "begin" and "end" date range for the check stubs that are needed. If only one check stub is needed, select the same payroll date for both the "begin" and "end" date. A report of the check stub details will download. The report can be viewed and printed once it is downloaded.

Q: How do I view previous check stub information without downloading a report?

A: Click the tab labeled "Your Employee Profile." Then select "Pay History." Locate the date for the check details you wish to view and click the "Preview" button. This will provide a detailed view of the check stub information; however, the report cannot be printed in the preview state.

Q: How do I log in to the Time System via the mobile site?

A: Select "Your Account" from the menu items. Then select "Time System Logon."

Q: I forgot my username. How can I recover it? 

A: You will have to contact your employer if you need to recover your username.
